A lighter Blue Monday plus Gore-Tex Gazelle Collaboration

Today is officially Blue Monday, so to lighten the dark mood we've added some new trainers in more optimistic and brighter shades of blue. It might not lift your spirits but it's worth a try. If you're not feeling blue we've added the fantastic Gazelle X DCDT collaboration, ideal for the winter months as they're fitted with Gore-Tex material to keep those toes warm and dry.

Descendant X Gazelle

DCDT, or to go by their full name Descendent, is a Japanese streetwear brand which is the latest clothing brand to team up with adidas for a pair of trainers. This black and yellow creation is of the highest order, and features a synthetic Gore-Tex upper, which is fully waterproof. The design is finished off with a gum midsole and gold box lettering.

More cold weather with the arctic fusion

To begin our 'lighter than usual' blue Monday we've got a new Gazelle in a lovely turquoise shade called arctic fusion. Fitted with a full suede upper and leather stripes, this model is part of the fabric tongue collection based around the Canadian made pair from the 1980s.

The Sky's the TRX limit

To further lighten the blue mood is the latest model off the TRX Vintage line, the sky tint colourway. Although the number of TRX Vintage releases has slowed down, they're still producing some nice ones such as this light blue and white model. This design has the usual nylon upper and suede overlays.

And finally.. ZX 9020 in smaller sizes

Finding models from the ZX thousands range is getting harder and harder as the releases dry up, so it's good to have a few pairs back of an old favourite, the ZX 9020 in mint green. This design is from the more recent range which is entirely vegan and uses a greater proportion of recycled material.
