Gazelle plus Handball Spezial featuring velvet, crochet and oats

So there may not be any actual oats features with today's new trainers, but both of our newest Gazelle Indoor models feature the same 'oat' coloured upper, although the rest of the design differs considerably. Our other new additions are both aimed primarily at the women's market, with a new colourway of Gazelle Bold and a velvet iteration of the popular Handball Spezial.

Oat with Nubuck

The first of our two new Gazelle Indoor models features a premium nubuck upper with waxed leather overlays, which is a rare feature for a Gazelle Indoor model. The retail price is reflected in this, and thankfully so too is the quality in hand. The oat coloured upper has been paired with a classy dark brown midsole and stripe colour.

Oat with Suede

The second oat coloured Gazelle Indoor has a more normal suede upper, which has been matched with white leather stripes and an eye-catching navy heel tab. It's not traditional to have non-matching stripes and heel tab, but the Gazelle Indoor has pulled it off a number of times over the last couple of years and this model is another success.

Handball with Velvet

It first started with the Gazelle Indoor, but now the Handball Spezial has started to receive the velvet treatment, which is proving to be a popular alternative material to suede. The green version does have suede overlays and a suede tongue. The sizes we've stocked are primarily for women or a smaller footed man.

And finally.. Gazelle Bold with Crochet

So this alternative material isn't for the upper but the stripes and heel tab, as a nice crochet texture has been used. Like with so many of the adidas models recently, their new material ideas have been tried on other shoes such as the Gazelle Indoor, which first featured the crochet stripe design.
