Japan of all shapes and sizes! Our biggest collection yet

We've had plenty of Japanese inspired collections over the past few months, but this is undoubtedly the biggest and certainly contains the rarest iterations as well. Like with a lot of the more popular trainers from the originals line, different materials and variations mean that no two Japan are exactly alike, and even though we've added six new models no two pairs are actually identical silhouettes.

The Collaborations: Wales Bonner& Brain Dead

Our first two new models are from the top shelf premium range, and both are designs made with other designers. Wales Bonner & adidas have really cemented their partnership over the past five years, and have come up with some ground-breaking designs. This new version of adidas Japan is similar to their early work, and features a nylon upper with suede overlays.

Brain Dead doesn't have the same extensive history with adidas as Wales Bonner does, but they're slowly creating a name for themselves with some striking releases with the three stripes. This flame fuelled Japan is something truly unique, and features a hairy suede texture for the dark blue flames.

Japan in Black

This all-black design of Japan were always likely to be popular and have proven to be, selling out quickly amongst most retailers. The design is the smooth leather version with the exposed suede around the heel. A yellow gum midsole and white laces give the design a bit of contrast against the black leather.

Country style Japan

While these aren't technically an adidas Japan, they are the Japanese version of the Country OG. Although the midsole stays true to the original Country, the upper has been re-worked slightly and in this case comes in a full suede upper.

The more common 2024 / 25 Japan

Our final Japanese duo are the more common design, which has seen a lot of different colourways over the past 12 months. That doesn't stop a bit of variation though, as this shiny silver model features a smooth leather upper rather than the tumbled iteration. This pair does feature lace end casings unlike most of the others, which is nice premium touch.

The second pair is the tumbled leather version, which also has suede overlays unlike the silver pair. This striking red design has made an appearance on the website before, and has been restocked due to more pairs being put into production. The green branding on the tongue is a nice contrast to the sharp red leather upper.

And finally.. smaller sizes for Dassler's Deadstock!

In case you missed our announcement at the end of last week, we added over forty pairs of size 8 and 8.5 to our deadstock section, a good chunk of which is still available! Featured are the usual mix of older and rarer releases from the Spezial range, size? exclusives and of course some City Series. Well worth a look if you're the lucky sizes.
