To create the adidas Roelee, the Spezial team took two of their past creations and blurred them together to make a brand new suede hybrid trainer. The upper is based around the Whalley SPZL, which has the noticeable overlay around the whole shoe. The tooling has been pinched from the more recently made Gazelle SPZL, which has the smooth foxing 'tape' in a new shade of light yellow.
