A highly anticipated Spezial release, the Adidas Zurro formed part of the SS20 range launched in June 2020. The design of the shoe takes inspiration from two main sources. Firstly, the shape of the upper and tooling is based around the Azzuro, a vintage suede from the 1980s. The colourway and striped sole has been taken from a rare pair of Montreal, which were released for the Olympic Games in 1976, hosted by the Canadian city of Montreal.
