The adidas Montreal have had a number of re-issues in the modern day, and this 'RM' version is a new design for 2025. The RM stands for 're-master', and is based around the 1976 German Olympic football team's off-pitch shoe. Although the design has stayed close to the original, there's a big omission of the extended rubber heel, which is synonymous with the Montreal but also a bit divisive in popularity.
