The 1972 classic is back, and for the 2024 version there has been a noticeable change to the midsole compared to the normal SL 72, in that it's about a centimetre thicker. This model also has a slightly more robust nylon upper compared to the usual lightweight material. For the branding, a gold box logo has been added.
